Head nurses’ post competency in Henan maternal and child health institutions

摘要:

目的 调查河南省妇幼保健机构护士长岗位胜任力现状及影响因素。方法 2018年5月—6月采用多阶段分层抽样法,使用一般资料调查表、护士长岗位胜任力量表、中文版Wallace自我概念量表、职业认同感量表、学习型组织量表对河南省妇幼联盟医联体内12所医院的263名护士长进行调查。结果 护士长的岗位胜任力总均分为(4.20±0.63)分,医院级别、是否参加培训、自我概念、职业认同感、学习型组织是影响护士长的岗位胜任力水平的影响因素(P<0.001)。结论 河南省妇幼保健机构护士长岗位胜任力处于较高水平,但仍有改善的空间,管理者可以从培训、自我概念、职业认同感、学习型组织为切入点,进一步提高护士长的岗位胜任力。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of head nurses’ post competency in Henan maternal and child health institutions.Methods From May to June 2018,a total of 263 head nurses were selected from the Women’s and Children’s medical alliance of Henan Province using stratified cluster sampling,and surveyed with General Data Questionnaire,Head Nurse’s Post Competency Table,Wallace Self-Concept Scale,Professional Identity Scale,Learning Organization Scale.Results The score of head nurse’s post competency was(4.20±0.63). Hospital level,training participation,self-concept,professional identity,and learning organization were important factors influencing the head nurse’s post competency level.(P<0.001).Conclusion The head nurse’s post competency of maternal and child health institutions is at a relatively high level,but there is still room for improvement. Managers can be committed to strengthening training and improving the concept of self-concept,professional identity and learning organization to enhance the head nurse’s post competency.
