摘要： 目的 探讨对ICU新入职轮转护士进行安全文化培训的效果。 方法 对2017年8月-2018年12月在ICU进行轮转的22名新入职护士进行安全文化培训，培训内容包括消防安全、患者安全、感控安全、员工安全、安全管理。 结果 培训后ICU新入职轮转护士医院患者安全文化同意率较培训前提高（P<0.05），培训满意度在95%以上。 结论 安全培训能有效提高ICU新入职轮转护士的患者安全文化感知水平。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of safety training on safety culture of new nurses rotating in ICU. Methods Safety training was conducted for 22 new nurses rotating in ICU from August 2017 to December 2018. Contents of the training included fire safety，patient safety，control of infection，staff safety，and safety management. Results After the training，the new nurses rotating in ICU had higher perceived safety culture level than that before the training. The satisfaction rate among the nurses was beyond 95%. Conclusion The safety training can effectively improve the perceived safety culture level of new nurses rotating in ICU.
