综合医院儿科护士体面劳动感知现状及影响因素研究

Analysis of current situation and influencing factors of decent work perception among pediatric nurses in general hospitals

摘要:

目的 了解综合医院儿科护士体面劳动感知现状,探究其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取泉州市8所综合医院402名儿科护士为研究对象,使用一般情况调查表、体面劳动感知量表、中国护士工作压力源量表和工作—家庭支持量表进行问卷调查。结果 综合医院儿科护士体面劳动感知得分为(50.94±12.61)分。回归分析结果显示,工资收入、是否在编、是否担任领导职务、遭受工作场所暴力、工作压力、工作支持、家庭支持是儿科护士体面劳动感知的影响因素(P<0.05),共解释总变异的65.4%。结论 综合医院儿科护士体面劳动感知水平较低,提示管理者应根据影响因素针对性地采取措施,提高护士体面劳动感知水平。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the status of decent work perception of pediatric nurses in general hospitals and to explore its influencing factors. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to study 402 pediatric nurses in 8 major hospitals in Quanzhou city,China. A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the General Survey Form,the Decent Work Perception Scale,the Chinese Nurses Stressor Scale,and the Work Family Support Scale. Results The score of Decent Work Perception Scale was(50.94±12.61). The linear regression analysis showed that salary,being a staff or not,being a leader or not,workplace violence,work-related stress,work support,and family support were all the influencing factors of pediatric nurses decent work perception(P<0.05),which accounted for 65.4% of the total variation. Conclusion Pediatric nurses in general hospitals had low perception of decent work. We suggest that hospital managers take tailored measures to address those influencing factors to improve nurses’ perception of decent work.
