Abstract:

Objective To systematically evaluate the qualitative research of training experiences of new nurses in China. Methods The databases including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and CBM were searched from inception to May 2020 to collect qualitative studies about standardized training experience of new nurses in China. The JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies(2017 edition) was used to evaluate the quality of studies. Meta-synthesis was applied to integrate the findings. Results A total of 10 studies are included, containing 49 findings. Six categories were generated, and 2 synthesized results were obtained:new nurses benefited from clinical practice, but also felt physical and psychological fatigue;during the training, new nurses face multiple challenges and difficulties. Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to new nurses’ feelings and experience during training, constantly improve the training system,so as to achieve the training effects, and promote the continuous development of new nurses.
