近10年新入职护士研究现状与热点分析

摘要:

目的 了解2010年—2020年国际新入职护士研究现状及热点,为我国进一步开展新入职护士培训的研究和实践提供参考。方法 检索PubMed和Web of Science数据库内有关新入职护士研究的文献,借助BICOMB 2.01软件,应用文献计量学方法了解文献的外部特征,并利用共词分析、聚类分析和引文分析,获取2010年—2020年高频主题词聚类图和高被引论文,分析国际新入职护士研究的热点。结果 近10年新入职护士研究文献数量呈上升趋势,研究热点包括新入职护士导师制实施方法、新入职护士的心理和社会状况、新入职护士培训组织管理和胜任力评估、新入职护士师资培养。结论 新入职护士相关研究日益受到关注,并形成多个研究热点,我国护理学者可进一步借鉴参考,组织开展相关研究,加大对新入职护士的支持和帮助。

Abstract:

Objective To explore and describe the current research situation and research focus of new nurses from 2010 to 2020. Methods The databases of PubMed and Web of Science were searched to retrieve the research papers on new nurses. With the aid of BICOMB 2.01 software,we used bibliometric method to explore the features of literature. Besides,we used co-word analysis,clustering analysis and citation analysis,to obtain high frequency keywords clustering figure and the most cited papers. Results In recent years,the studies on new nurses were increasing. Research focus included mentorship method,the psychological and social status of new nurses,the organization and management of training and competency assessment,and preceptor capacity building. Conclusion The studies on new nurses have attracted increasing attention and formed a number of research areas. Chinese nursing scholars can further organize and carry out relevant researches,and provide more support and help for new nurses.
