急诊护理实习教学OSCE案例编写及评价

Development and evaluation of OSCE cases in emergency nursing practice teaching

摘要:

目的 编制一套符合急诊护理实习教学要求的OSCE案例。 方法 在文献分析的基础上,通过课题组讨论,编写急诊护理实习教学OSCE案例;选择10名专家进行2轮函询,并根据专家意见进行修改;在第2轮函询时让专家对案例质量进行评分。结果 形成 6个急诊护理实习教学OSCE案例(预检分诊及入院评估流程,危重病人的院内转运,呼吸衰竭病人的抢救配合,成人心肺复苏及除颤技术,有机磷农药中毒的洗胃技术,外伤止血、包扎、固定、搬运术)。每个案例包括案例背景、培训目标、培训前准备、标准化病人资料与剧情、情景变化、评价与反馈、知识小讲课7个部分。6个案例质量评分为(88.60±1.76)分至(91.00±1.50)分。 结论 编制的6个急诊护理实习教学OSCE案例整体质量较高,适用于急诊临床教学。

Abstract:

Objective To develop OSCE cases in Emergency Nursing. Methods Based on literature analysis,we prepared OSCE teaching cases through group discussion. Ten experts were invited for two-round consultations and the cases were revised according to experts’ suggestions. Case quality were also evaluated by the experts when the second consultation was conducted. Results Six cases(triage and admission assessment process,transfer of critical patients in hospital,cooperation of rescuing patients with respiratory failure,adult cardiopulmonary resuscitation and defibrillation,gastric lavage for organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,hemostasis,bandaging,fixation and transportation of patients with trauma) were developed.Each case included 7 parts with background,objective,preparation before training,standardized patient’s information and scenario,scenario change,evaluation and feedback,and lectures.The scores of case quality ranged from 88.60±1.76 to 91.00±1.50. Conclusion The six cases have high quality and can be used in Emergency Nursing practice teaching.
