护理硕士专业学位毕业生核心能力及影响因素研究

A survey on core competence and its influencing factors among graduates of master of nursing specialist

摘要:

目的 调查我国护理硕士专业学位(master of nursing specialist,MNS)毕业生核心能力的现况及影响因素,为提升MNS毕业生核心能力提供参考。方法 采用目的抽样法,使用一般资料调查问卷和MNS毕业生核心能力自评量表对我国内地38所护理院校的210名MNS毕业生进行调查。 结果 MNS毕业生核心能力总均分为(3.29±0.50)分,各维度均分由高到低依次为伦理决策能力(3.53±0.54)分、领导合作能力(3.37±0.52)分、循证与科研能力(3.32±0.57)分、临床实践能力(3.26±0.57)分、指导培训与咨询能力(3.08±0.73)分。目前工作单位类型、工作年限以及读研前工作经历是核心能力的影响因素(P<0.05),可解释核心能力14.0%的变异度。 结论 我国MNS毕业生核心能力整体处于中高水平,但在临床实践能力和指导培训与咨询方面仍有较大提升空间,建议在院校研究生教育及机构的毕业后培训中着力加强对MNS研究生或毕业生上述能力的训练。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of the core competence in graduates of master of nursing specialist(MNS) in China. Methods A purposive sampling method was used to recruit 210 registered nurses who graduated from MNS programs in 38 nursing schools in Mainland China. The socio-demographics questionnaire and the MNS Core Competence Self-rating Scale were used. Results The total mean score of core competence of the MNS graduates was(3.29±0.50). The average scores of all dimensions were(3.53±0.54)for ethical decision-making,(3.37±0.52) for leadership and cooperation,(3.32±0.57)for evidence-based research,(3.26±0.57) for clinical practice,(3.08±0.73) for guidance and consultation,respectively. The type of working organizations,working years and work experience before their studying in graduate schools were influencing factors of core competence of MNS graduates(P<0.05),which could explain 14.0% of the total variability. Conclusion Findings indicate that the core competence of MNS graduates is at a medium and high level generally. Moreover,the findings of this study highlight that both leaders and educational institutes need to further improve the clinical practice abilities,guidance and consultation abilities of MNS graduates.
