湖南省护理本科生综合技能竞赛成绩分析与思考

Analysis and thoughts on the performance of comprehensive skills competition for nursing undergraduates in Hunan province

摘要:

文章从参赛院校和选手、竞赛内容与评分标准、竞赛组织与实施几方面介绍了湖南省第一届大学生护理综合技能竞赛的举办情况。有12所院校参加此次竞赛,竞赛以21项常用护理操作技术及其相关知识作为考点,重点考核学生的临床思维能力、临床操作技能、人文关怀、护患沟通及团队协作等多个方面的综合能力,竞赛分为复赛、半决赛和决赛。通过对各赛段的成绩和扣分点进行分析,发现目前护理技能实践教学中存在的不足,提出加强理论联系实践,注重培养学生临床思维、护理安全意识和护理人文素质的建议。

Abstract:

We introduced the first comprehensive nursing skill competition for college students in Hunan Province from the aspects of participating colleges and contestants,competition contents and scoring standards,competition organization and implementation. There were 12 colleges participated in the competition. The competition evaluated 21 common nursing operation techniques and related knowledge,focusing on the comprehensive evaluation of students’ clinical thinking capacity,clinical operation skills,humanistic care,nurse-patient communication and teamwork. The competition was divided into quarter-finals,semi-finals and finals. Through the analysis of the results and deduction points of each stage,we found the current deficiencies in the practice teaching of nursing skills. Suggestions are proposed including strengthening the relationship between theory and practice,focusing on training of students’ clinical thinking,nursing safety awareness and nursing humanistic quality.
