摘要:

目的 探讨跨专业合作在本科生急救仿真模拟教学中的应用效果。方法 在危重急症急救技能教学中,采取自愿报名参与教学改革的方式,由15名临床医学四年级本科生和14名护理学三年级本科生组成实验班,分5个小组。跨专业合作仿真模拟教学共5次课,2学时/次,总学时为10学时。提前2周给学生急救案例,学生以小组为单位分工演练。课上由教师导入情景,随机抽取1个小组进行情景演示,而后教师引导学生自评、互评并进行总结和再次演练,最后进行小组模拟考核。 结果 29名学生临床急救能力考核成绩为(86.51±9.24)分。其中,得分最高的项目是团队决策能力为(9.04±1.44)分,其次为人际沟通能力为(8.75±2.39)分。结论 跨专业合作急救仿真模拟教学可以弥补各专业独立培养的局限性,激发学生的学习兴趣,有助于医学生和护理学专业学生明确各自专业的角色和职责。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effects of interprofessional collaboration in emergency simulation skill training for undergraduates. Methods Fifteen year-four medical students and 14 year-three nursing students took part in the teaching reform voluntarily and they were divided into 5 groups. There were 5 training sessions for interprofessional cooperative simulation emergency skills with 2 hours per session. The emergency cases were given to students two weeks in advance and students were asked to rehearse by themselves. In the class,the instructors introduced the case and randomly selected one group to do the demonstration. Students were guided to do self-evaluation,cross-evaluation,summary,and re-rehearsal. Lastly,all groups took part in the final simulation examination. Results The average score of 29 students was(86.51±9.24). Among the five aspects of teamwork,the highest score was the team decision-making ability(9.04±1.44),followed by the interprofessional communication ability(8.75±2.39). Conclusion The interprofessional emergency simulation teaching can make up the limitations of independent training of each major,stimulate students’ interest in learning,and help medical students and nursing students to clarify the roles and responsibilities of different majors.
