摘要:

毒蛇咬伤是临床常见的急危重症,我院构建的“毒蛇咬伤的救护思维——以银环蛇为例”虚拟仿真实验教学平台,运用虚拟仿真技术、软件创造3D情景虚拟毒蛇咬伤患者环境、病情、抢救场景等,融合实践教学中的视觉、听觉、触觉等感官感受,虚实结合以临床思维串联基础护理、急救护理操作技术,实现“教”“学”“做”的三位一体。

Abstract:

Snake bite envenomation is a common acute critical illness. We developed a virtual reality simulation experiment teaching platform called“clinical thinking of snake bite rescue—taking silver ring snake as an example”. We used the virtual reality technology and software to create a virtual 3D scene of venomous snake bite settings including the patient,his conditions,and rescuing circumstance. The platform integrated the senses of vision,hearing and touch in practical teaching. The “teaching”,“learning” and “doing” were well integrated and achieved by connecting the fundamentals of nursing and emergency care techniques with the clinical thinking in the virtual environment.
