Methods With “coronary heart disease” as the search term,Baidu,360 and Sogou were searched for disease relevant information.Two independent raters assessed the quality,understandability and utilizability of the information.The quality was assessed using the DISCERN instrument. Understandability and utilizability were assessed using the Patient Education Materials Assessment Tool for Print Materials（PEMAT-P）. Results A total of 34 web sites were included in this analysis. The overall mean quality rating was（48.50±6.83）,the understandability was 69.23%（53.85%,73.90%）,and the utilizability was 33.33%（20.00%,40.00%）. Conclusion The quality of information found online was on moderate level. The understandability and utilizability were low. The quality,understandability and utilizability of network health information should be standardized in order to adapt to more network users.

Methods The multidisciplinary team was built up and the rehabilitation model for patients after percutaneous coronary stent implantation based on double heart medicine was developed. Patients with anxiety and/or depression who were admitted to the hospital from January to December 2017 and had undergone percutaneous coronary stent implantation were recruited through convenience sampling. Forty-one patients from January to June 2017 were in the control group. Forty-four patients from July to December of the year were in the experimental group. The rehabilitation model of percutaneous coronary stent implantation based on double heart medicine was used in the experimental group including：cognitive reconstruction,relaxation training,drug intervention,health education. Patients in the control group received group health education and given outpatient telephone follow-ups.The level of anxiety,depression and cardiac function were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention,the incidence of anxiety and depression in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group（P<0.05）. After intervention,the N-terminal forebrain natriuretic peptide and left ventricular ejection fraction in the experimental group were lower than those before intervention（P<0.05）. After intervention, the N-terminal forebrain natriuretic peptide and left ventricular ejection fraction in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The rehabilitation model of patients after percutaneous coronary stent implantation based on double heart medicine can improve the anxiety,depression and cardiac function of patients.

Methods Convenience sampling was applied to recruit 160 patients from 3 tertiary hospitals from January to October 2018 using the Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy-Spiritual Well-Being Scale（FACIT-Sp-12）to assess the status of spiritual health and its influencing factors. Results The total score of FACIT-Sp-12 was（25.63±2.64）. Multiple linear regression results showed that gender,age,marriage,religious belief,educa-tion level,monthly income and course of disease could explain 45.3% of the total variation of spiritual health in terminal cancer patients. Conclusion The spiritual health of patients with advanced cancer is below the medium level. Gender,age,marriage,religious belief,educational level,monthly income and course of disease are the main factors affecting the spiritual health of patients with advanced cancer. Clinicians and nurses can take specific spiritual care according to the specific conditions of patients to improve their quality of life.

Methods Patients with stable COPD when hospitalized from December 2016 to December 2017 were recruited. Those patients were intervened with Ba DuanJin once per day for a year after discharge. Each Ba DuanJin exercise lasted for 30 minutes. Another 50 patients when hospitalized from June 2015 to November 2016 were assigned to the control group. Pulmonary functions，results of blood gas analysis，and dyspnea were compared between the Ba DuanJin group and the control group at 6 months and 12 months. Results After 6-month and 12-month intervention，patients in the interventional group had significantly better clinical outcomes than those in the control gorup（P<0.01）. Conclusion Ba DuanJin can effectively improve pulmonary function and reduce dyspnea symptoms among stable COPD patients.

Correlations between negative emotion,self-care ability and blood pressure control in older adults living alone with hypertension Xuan-li LIN,Chu-jun XU 2019, 16 (3):  193-195.  doi: 10.3761/j.issn.1672-9234.2019.03.006 Abstract ( 547 )   PDF (780KB) ( 7 )   Save Figures and Tables | References | Related Articles | Metrics Objective To explore the correlations between negative emotion,self-care ability and the level of blood pressure control in older adults living alone with hypertension. Methods A total of 134 elderly hypertensive patients living alone were surveyed using general information questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS）,and self-care agency scale（ECSA）. Their blood pressure was also measured. Results The scores of SAS and SDS were（53.42±6.28）and（55.03±7.02）respectively. There was negative correlation between negative emotion and ESCA（P<0.05）. Patients with good blood pressure control had lower negative emotional score than those with poor control（P<0.05）. Conclusion Older adults living alone with hypertension have more negative emotions. Negative emotion can affect self-care ability and blood pressure control.
