Abstract

Abstract:

In this paper，the concept of disease insight in chronic diseases，related assessment tools，influencing factors，application status，methods to improve the insight of patients with chronic diseases，etc. were reviewed，aiming to improve the disease awareness of patients with chronic diseases，enhance their perception of chronic diseases，and optimize nursing interventions for them.
