Abstract:

Objective To investigate the related factors of delayed onset of lactogenesis Ⅱ(DOL Ⅱ) in preterm parturient women separated from their infants. Methods The convenience sampling was used to track and measure the start time of lactation Ⅱ in 300 cases of preterm delivery women separated from their infants, and the influencing factors of DOL Ⅱ were investigated by using the questionnaire of factors related to the start time of lactation Ⅱ in preterm delivery women separated from their infants. Results The incidence of DOL Ⅱ in preterm mothers separated from their infants was 35.67%,and the factors influencing DOL Ⅱ were the increase of Body Mass Index(BMI) during pregnancy and pregnancy hypertension syndrome. There is a positive interaction between pregnancy induced hypertension and BMI increase≥7.2 kg/m 2 during pregnancy on the risk of DOL Ⅱ(OR=27.772,95%CI:12.046~64.030). Conclusion Preeclampsia and the increase of BMI during pregnancy are important factors affecting DOL Ⅱ of the preterm parturient women separated from their infants, and the interaction between the increase of BMI during pregnancy and the preeclampsia increases the risk of DOL Ⅱ occurrence. Medical staff and pregnant women should pay great attention to prenatal BMI and blood pressure changes, timely control in the growth of body weight and blood pressure during pregnancy,in order to prevent the DOL Ⅱ,and improve the early lactation.
