摘要：

目的探讨基于实时直播的情境模拟教学在手术室新入职护士护理安全培训中的应用效果。方法根据入职时间，将2023年新入职的35名护士作为对照组，采用传统教学法；2024年新入职的37名护士作为试验组，采用实时直播结合情境模拟进行教学，根据“手术患者十大安全目标”确定10个案例进行演练。培训后评价两组理论、操作考核成绩及教学满意度；培训前及临床实践1个月后，分别进行患者安全护士胜任力评分。结果试验组、对照组护理安全理论考核成绩分别为（91.27±2.31）分、（87.14±2.98）分，操作考核成绩分别为（84.14±2.70）分、（78.57±2.34）分，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。临床实践1个月后，试验组、对照组患者安全护士胜任力评分分别为（148.76±6.12）分、（122.51±7.00）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用实时直播结合情境模拟的教学方法能有效提升新入职护士的护理安全知识、能力及患者安全护士胜任力水平。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the application efficacy of real-time live broadcast combined with situational simulation teaching in nursing safety training for newly recruited nurses in the operating room. Methods Participants were divided by entry year：35 nurses hired in 2023 were formed the control group receiving conventional teaching，while 37 nurses recuited in 2024 made up the experimental group taught via integrated live broadcast and situational simulation modes. Training topics and content were formulated based on the Ten Patient Safety Goals for Surgery，and ten standardized case scripts were compiled and rehearsed. Researchers evaluated both groups’ patient safety competency at baseline and one month after clinical rotation. After training，theoretical and practical assessments were conducted. The theoretical and operational assessment scores，patient safety nurse competency scores，and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of new nurses were compared. Results The nursing safety theory assessment scores for the experimental group and the control group were（91.27±2.31） and（87.14±2.98） respectively. The operation assessment scores were（84.14±2.70） and（78.57±2.34） respectively，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. After one month of clinical practice，the scores for “Patient Safety Nurse Competency” in the experimental group and the control group were（148.76±6.12） and （122.51±7.00） respectively，and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The integrated teaching mode combining real-time live streaming and situational simulations can effectively improve the nursing safety knowledge，skills，and patient safety competency levels of newly recruited nurses.
