摘要:

内科护理学作为护理学专业重要的核心课程,对护理学专业学生岗位胜任力、解决临床实际问题能力的培养起着基石作用。中南大学湘雅护理学院针对内科护理学中的临床思维能力培养、人文关怀能力提升等教学重点问题,多方面开展院校合作,共建数字化为主的教学资源,取得了较好的教学效果,同时也有利于“双师型”教师的培养,对于建设线上线下混合式一流课程有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:

As an important core course of nursing,Medical Nursing plays a fundamental role in cultivating nursing students’ competence and ability to solve clinical practical problems. Aiming at the pain points of weak clinical thinking and humanistic care in Medical Nursing teaching,Xiangya School of Nursing had carried out cooperation among college and hospitals to build digital-based teaching resources,which has achieved good teaching results. It is also conducive for the training of double-qualified teachers,and will provide feasible strategies for developing first-class mixed courses.
