质量—关怀模型在人文关怀护理中的应用研究进展

摘要：

该文对Duffy质量—关怀模型的发展背景、基本框架及其在临床人文关怀护理实践和人文关怀护理能力培养中的应用研究进行综述，并结合我国人文关怀护理现存问题提出后续研究建议，以期为关怀理念在我国护理实践环境中的落实和实施提供参考。

Abstract:

This article reviewed the background and framework of Duffy’s Quality-Caring Model，and summarized its application progress in clinical humanistic nursing practice and humanistic nursing competence development. Combined with the problems existing in the research of nursing humanistic care in China，several suggestions were put forward for further researches，so as to provide references for the application and implementation of the concept of care in the nursing practice in China.
