护理本科生反思洞察力与共情能力的相关性研究

The correlation between self-reflection and insight ability and empathy of undergraduate nursing students

摘要:

目的 了解护理本科生反思洞察力与共情能力现状,并探讨二者之间的关系。 方法 采用自我反思与洞察力量表、杰弗逊共情量表护理专业学生版对福建省2所院校的241名护理本科生进行调查。 结果 护理本科生自我反思与洞察力得分为78.00(72.00,85.00)分,共情能力得分为102.00(83.00,115.00)分,两者之间呈正相关(r=0.521,P<0.01)。 结论 护理本科生反思洞察力和共情能力均为中等水平,且两者关系密切。教师应多元化引导学生增强反思意识,重视洞察力培养,提升自我反思能力,进而促进护理本科生共情能力的提高。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the status of self-reflection and insight ability and empathy ability among undergraduate nursing students,and to explore the correlation between them. Methods A total of 241 undergraduate nursing students in two universities of Fujian province were investigated using the Self-reflection and Insight Scale and the Jefferson Scale of Empathy for Nursing Student. Results The score of self-reflection and insight among participants was 78.00(72.00,85.00) and the score of empathy ability was 102.00(83.00,115.00). The score of self-reflection and insight was positively correlated with empathy(r=0.521,P<0.01). Conclusion Among nursing undergraduates,both of the self-reflection and insight ability and empathy ability are at a medium level. Students should be guided to enhance their reflective awareness,strengthen the insight ability and improve the self-reflection ability,so as to promote the empathy ability of undergraduate nursing students.
