护理本科生反思洞察力与共情能力的相关性研究

摘要：

目的了解护理本科生反思洞察力与共情能力现状，并探讨二者之间的关系。方法采用自我反思与洞察力量表、杰弗逊共情量表护理专业学生版对福建省2所院校的241名护理本科生进行调查。结果护理本科生自我反思与洞察力得分为78.00（72.00，85.00）分，共情能力得分为102.00（83.00，115.00）分，两者之间呈正相关（r=0.521，P<0.01）。结论护理本科生反思洞察力和共情能力均为中等水平，且两者关系密切。教师应多元化引导学生增强反思意识，重视洞察力培养，提升自我反思能力，进而促进护理本科生共情能力的提高。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the status of self-reflection and insight ability and empathy ability among undergraduate nursing students，and to explore the correlation between them. Methods A total of 241 undergraduate nursing students in two universities of Fujian province were investigated using the Self-reflection and Insight Scale and the Jefferson Scale of Empathy for Nursing Student. Results The score of self-reflection and insight among participants was 78.00（72.00，85.00） and the score of empathy ability was 102.00（83.00，115.00）. The score of self-reflection and insight was positively correlated with empathy（r=0.521，P<0.01）. Conclusion Among nursing undergraduates，both of the self-reflection and insight ability and empathy ability are at a medium level. Students should be guided to enhance their reflective awareness，strengthen the insight ability and improve the self-reflection ability，so as to promote the empathy ability of undergraduate nursing students.
