摘要/Abstract

摘要：

目的系统评价护理人员疼痛共情能力现状及影响因素，以期为患者疼痛管理提供依据。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、the Cochrane Library、CINAHL、中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库中关于护理人员疼痛共情能力现状及影响因素的相关研究，检索时限为建库至2025年10月1日，采用Stata 18.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入11篇文献，样本总量14 449名，Meta分析结果显示，护理人员的疼痛共情得分为2.76分（95%CI：2.62~2.89），我国护理人员的疼痛共情能力处于中等偏低水平。女性、年龄为40岁以上、已婚、工作年限11~15年、经历过剧烈疼痛、没有经历过慢性疼痛、参加过疼痛共情课程与培训、是疼痛护士的护理人员疼痛共情能力较强（P<0.05）。结论我国护理人员的疼痛共情能力尚有一定的提升空间。建议学者开展相应干预研究，加强疼痛共情系统化培训，优化人力资源配置，以提升临床疼痛管理质量。

Abstract:

Objective To systematically evaluate the current status of pain empathy among nursing staff and its influencing factors，in order to provide evidence for developing higher-quality patient pain management. Methods A comprehensive search was conducted in databases including PubMed，Web of Science，Embase，Cochrane Library，CINAHL，CNKI，Wanfang，VIP，and SinoMed for studies related to the status and influencing factors of pain empathy among nursing staff from their inception to October 1，2025. Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 18.0 software. Results A total of 11 studies involving 14，449 participants were included. The meta-analysis results showed that the pain empathy score of nursing staff was 2.76 points（95%CI：2.62-2.89），indicating a moderate-to-low level among Chinese nursing staffs. Subgroup analyses identified that nurses who were female，aged over 40 years，married，had 11-15 years of work experience，had experienced severe pain，had not experienced chronic pain，had participated in pain empathy-related courses/training，or were pain nurses demonstrated significantly higher levels of pain empathy. Conclusion The pain empathy ability of nursing staffs in China remains at a moderate-to-low level with room for improvement. Future domestic research should focus on intervention studies，strengthening systematic pain empathy training，and optimizing human resource allocation to enhance the quality of clinical pain management.
