本科护理专业“解决问题,促进健康”课程建设情况分析

Analysis and reflection on course construction of Problem Solving for Better Health in undergraduate nursing

摘要:

目的 分析“解决问题,促进健康”课程建设情况,结合劳动教育相关要求明确后期建设方向。方法 梳理“解决问题,促进健康”课程建设情况,采用ROST内容挖掘系统对1 032项学生项目选题和177条学生项目总结语句进行文本分析。结果 历经20余年发展,“解决问题,促进健康”课程现已成为必修课,以项目驱动的方式帮助学生提高社会实践能力。通过对学生项目选题的词频分析发现,“知识”出现的总频次(275次)最高;“老年人”出现的频次升至第二位。学生项目总结语句情感分析结果显示,85.88%(152条)为积极情绪,主要涉及项目对学生自身社会实践能力的积极影响;11.86%为消极情绪,主要为学生所关注的健康问题带来的不良影响或实践过程中的不足之处。结论 “解决问题,促进健康”的课程建设在社会性和实践性教育方面已取得了初步成效,但仍有不足。后期需根据教育部关于劳动教育的指导纲要进行改革,可在一定程度上推动护理专业课程劳动教育建设。

Abstract:

Objective To analyze the course construction of Problem Solving for Better Health (PSBH),and make clear the construction direction according to the labor education. Methods We reviewed the course construction of Problem Solving for Better Health,and conducted a textual analyze of the 1 032 students project topics and 177 students project summary sentences using ROST Content Mining System version 6. Results More than 20 years after opening,PSBH is now a social practice course in our school,which helps students improve their social practice skills in a project-driven manner. The word frequency analysis of the project topics showed that the frequency of “knowledge” was the highest(275 times),and “old people” rose to second place in frequency. The sentiment analysis of project summary from the students showed that 85.88% of the sentences(152) were positive emotion,mainly involving the positive influence of the project. Meanwhile,11.86% of the sentences were negative,mainly for the adverse effects of the health problems they were concerned about or the shortcomings in the practice process. Conclusion The course construction of PSBH has achieved primary effect,but there are still some limitation. The course reform should be carried out according to the guidance of the Ministry of Education on labor education,which can promote the construction of labor education in nursing professional curriculum.
