摘要:
新入职护士是临床护理队伍发展的后备力量。在新入职护士培训中,科学有效的培训效果评价是完善培训方案、测评预期目标完成度的必要环节,是培养新入职护士核心能力的方向标。该文就教育评价理念的发展、新入职护士培训效果评价的参考模型及应用现状进行系统梳理,以期为新入职护士培训的管理与完善提供参考。
