Care of a patient with chronic tonsillitis and IgA nephropathy after tonsillectomy

摘要：

该文总结了1例慢性扁桃体炎合并IgA肾病患者行扁桃体切除术的围手术期护理。术前针对患者做好心理护理,让患者了解手术过程及术后可能产生的并发症,并做好术前准备;术后密切观察患者出血情况并及时采取针对性的护理措施,结合肾脏病患者的饮食特点进行个性化饮食、合理用药指导,减轻肾脏损害,促进创口愈合,并做好出院指导。经过精心护理,患者于术后8 d病情好转出院。

Abstract:

This article summarized the perioperative care of a patient with chronic tonsillitis and IgA nephropathy after tonsillectomy. Psychological support was provided before the surgery. Explanations regarding the surgical process and possible complications after surgery were also provided. Close observation of bleeding after surgery and timely taking targeted nursing interventions were the main measures we took. Personalized diet and rational medication direction were given to the patient combining the dietary characteristics of patients with kidney disease to reduce kidney damage and promote wound healing. Detailed discharge education was conducted. After careful care,the patient was discharged 8 days after surgery.
