摘要:

目的 了解护士在神经科专科混合式教学过程中的学习体验,为完善混合式教学和提高教学质量提供参考。 方法 采用目的抽样法,对12名参与过神经科专科混合式教学的护士进行半结构式访谈,并用KJ法分析资料。结果 提炼出7个主题:个人收获与成长(个人维度)、积极寻求调节学习行为的方式(行为维度)、营造学习良好的氛围(环境维度)、优化神经科专科混合式教学模式、对师资团队有肯定和期望、优化教学课程设置、自主学习能力有提升。 结论 护士在神经科专科混合式教学中获得较好的学习体验,可进一步完善并推广应用。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the feeling of nurses of blended teaching of neurology specialty,and to provide a reference for optimizing blended teaching system and improving teaching quality in the future. Methods Purpose sampling was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 12 nurses who had participated in blended teaching in neurology specialty,and the KJ method was used to analyze the data. Results Seven themes finally emerged:personal gain and growth (personal dimension),actively seeking ways to adjust learning behaviors(beha-vioral dimension),creating a good atmosphere for learning(environmental dimension),optimizing the neurology specialty blended teaching model,having affirmation and expectation of the team,optimizing the teaching curriculum,and improving independent learning ability. Conclusion Nurses have obtained a better learning experience in blended teaching of neurology specialty,which can be further improved and promoted.
