开腹肝切除患者围术期营养支持最佳证据总结

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

目的总结开腹肝切除患者围术期营养支持的最佳证据。方法检索Cochrane Library、美国国立临床诊疗指南数据库、苏格兰学院间指南网、PubMed、JBI、BMJ、加拿大临床实践指南数据库、中国知网、万方、国际指南协作网、中国生物医学文献数据库以及国内外营养相关网站等,检索时限为建库至2021年9月9日,采用JBI循证卫生保健中心的文献评价标准和证据分级系统对文献进行质量评价,并对证据进行评估和汇总。结果最终纳入8篇文献,其中指南5篇、专家共识3篇。总结出5个方面（包括营养风险筛查、术前营养干预措施、术后营养干预措施、多学科营养模式、健康教育与随访）的21条最佳证据。结论本研究总结开腹肝切除患者围手术期营养支持的最佳证据较为具体、全面,可为临床医护人员实践提供参考。

Abstract:

Objective To summarize the best evidence of perioperative nutritional support in patients with hepatectomy. Methods We searched related evidence in Cochrane Library,National Guidelines Clearing House,Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network,PubMed,JBI,BMJ,Canadian Clinical Practice Guidelines Database,CNKI,Wanfang,International Guidelines Network,SinoMed,nutrition-related websites from their inception to September 9,2021. Article quality was evaluated by critical appraisal tools of JBI evidence-based healthcare center and evidence was summarized. Results This study finally included 8 articles,including 5 guidelines and 3 expert consensuses. We summarized 21 pieces of evidence in 5 dimensions,including screening for nutritional risk,measures for preoperative and postoperative nutrition,multidisciplinary nutrition patterns,and health education and follow-up. Conclusion The best evidence summarized in this study is specific and comprehensive. It can provide reference for health professionals in their clinical practice.
