国内口腔护理专业人才培养现状及启示

摘要：

该研究检索了国内近10年发表的关于口腔护理方向人才培养的文献,最终纳入20篇文献,有12篇描述性研究,研究者资质为临床专家的有8篇,研究主要涉及学历教育层面、临床继续教育层面口腔护理方向人才培养现状。研究者提出口腔护理方向人才培养需从学历教育和临床继续教育入手,多方面制订相应的提升对策,培养适用于岗位需求的口腔护理人才。

Abstract:

The research retrieved the articles on training of nurses specialized in stomatology in recent 10 years. Twenty articles were recruited including 12 descriptive studies. The researchers in 8 articles were clinical experts. The research mainly involved the university education of nurses specialized in stomatology and the clinical continuous education. The researchers suggested that the training of nurses specialized in stomatology should start with college education and clinical continuing education. Strategies should be made in various aspects to cultivate nurses specialized in stomatology.
