国外肿瘤放射治疗高级实践护士发展概况及启示

摘要/Abstract

摘要：

放射治疗是治疗恶性肿瘤的重要手段之一,放射治疗的近期、远期毒性反应是影响患者预后和生活质量的重要因素。随着放射治疗设备及技术的进步、肿瘤治疗理念的更新、肿瘤放射治疗的广泛应用,对肿瘤放射治疗护理人才的需求也越来越高。该文对国外肿瘤放射治疗高级实践护士的起源和发展、准入标准和资格认证、实践范围和实践能力要求进行综述,以期为我国培养肿瘤放射治疗高级护理实践人才提供参考。

Abstract:

adiotherapy is one of the most important treatments for cancer. The short-term and long-term toxicity of radiotherapy has always been an important factor affecting the prognosis and quality of life of patients. With the continuous advancement of radiotherapy equipment and technology,and the concept of cancer treatment,the wide application of oncology radiotherapy has put forward higher requirements for the nursing talents of oncology radiotherapy patients. This article introduced the history,admission standards and qualification certification,core competence requirements and job responsibilities of foreign advanced practice nurses in oncology radiotherapy. The article aimed to provide references for the training of advanced practice nurses in tumor radiotherapy in China.
