老年患者睡眠障碍管理的最佳证据总结

Evidence summary for management of sleep disorders in older patients

摘要:

目的 检索并整合老年患者睡眠障碍管理的相关证据,为临床护理人员提供参考依据。方法 检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、CINAHL、中国知网、万方数据库等国内外数据库,以及ClinicalKey、BMJ Best Practice、苏格兰学院间指南网等指南相关专业网站有关老年人睡眠障碍管理相关的所有证据并进行评价。结果 共纳入文献16篇,其中指南3篇、证据总结4篇、专家共识2篇、临床决策2篇、立场声明2篇、系统评价3篇。从睡眠评估、非药物干预策略和药物管理3个方面总结了20条证据。结论 本研究总结了老年患者睡眠障碍管理的最佳证据,能够为护士进行干预提供依据。由于本研究总结的证据来自多个国家,护士要结合具体情况考虑证据的适用性及可行性。

Abstract:

Objective To search and synthesize the best available evidences on management of sleep disorders in older patients. Methods Databases of the Cochrane Library,PubMed,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang,ClinicalKey,BMJ Best Practice,Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network and others were searched to collect articles regarding sleep disorders in older patients. Results Sixteen articles including 3 clinical practice guidelines,4 evidence summary,2 expert consensus,2 clinical decision-making,2 position statements and 3 systematic reviews were included. A total of 20 items of best evidences were summarized. The best evidences include general principles of sleep assessment,non-pharmacological intervention strategies and drug management. Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidences for the management of sleep disorders in older patients,which can provide a scientific basis for nurses to prevent and manage sleep disorders in older patients. As the evidence summarized in this study are from many countries,adequate evaluation of clinical environment and other related factors should be carried out before application to promote the improvement of nursing quality.
