依托循证护理研究中心培养学生循证护理能力的实践与思考

Developing students’ evidence-based nursing ability relying on an Evidence-based Nursing Research Center:practice and reflections

摘要:

护理学科的发展需要大量具备循证护理实践能力的高素质护理人才,而开展循证护理教育对于培养学生循证护理能力和促进护理学科良性发展尤为关键。北京中医药大学护理学院依托循证护理研究中心,在教学活动中渗透和传播最佳实践证据,促进循证护理教育改革,在第一课堂、第二课堂、临床实践方面开展实践,取得了丰硕成果,促进了学生循证实践能力的提升。该文结合多年循证护理教育改革实践经验,介绍具体举措和成效。

Abstract:

The development of nursing discipline needs a large number of high-quality nursing talents with the ability of evidence-based nursing practice. Carrying out evidence-based nursing education is essential for cultivating the ability of evidence-based nursing practice and facilitating the development of nursing discipline. Relying on the Evidence-based Nursing Research Center,School of Nursing,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine nursing teachers disseminate best practice evidence in teaching activities to promote the reform of evidence-based nursing education. In recent years,we have carried out a large number of activities in the first classroom,the second classroom,and clinical practice. Those activities have achieved fruitful achievements,which promoted nursing students’ evidence-based practice competence. Based on years of practical experience in the reform of evidence-based nursing education,this paper introduces reform strategies of evidence-based nursing education.
