Design and application of the progressive Ideological and Political Theory Education in Nursing Manage-ment

摘要:

目的 探讨渐进式“课程思政”在护理管理学课程中的实施路径及效果。方法 基于Bloom教育目标分类理论个体态度与品德形成的渐进性特点,按照“明理-笃信-践行”的顺序,设计并开展护理管理学“课程思政”。采用半结构化访谈和问卷调查了解专家、教师、学生对教学效果的评价。结果 专家和教师认为渐进性“课程思政”设计符合教学规律、意识形态确立规律,案例选取得当、呈现方式灵活,学生参与度高,授课效果好。13名学生中,92.3%的学生认为学习渐进式“课程思政”后有所收获;100%的学生偏好社会热点解读、临床案例的思政元素;76.9%的学生偏好视频短片、动画或幻灯片展示形式;教学方法满意度为92.3%。结论 渐进式“课程思政”在护理管理学课程中的教学效果良好,有助于促进学生树立正确管理意识,提高专业素养。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the implementation path and effects of the progressive Ideological and Political Theory Education in Nursing Management course. Methods Based on the progressive characteristics of Bloom’s educational goal classification theory,the Ideological and Political Theory Education of Nursing Management was designed and carried out in the order of “truth-belief-practice”. Semi-structured interviews and questionnaire survey were used to evaluate the teaching effects of the course from the perspectives of experts,fellow teachers and students. Results Experts and teachers believed that the progressive Ideological and Political Theory Education design conformed to the law of teaching and ideology,the selection of cases were appropriate,the way of presentation was flexible,students’ participation was high,the teaching effect was good. 92.3% of students thought that they had learned a lot from the progressive Ideological and Political Theory Education. 100% of students preferred the ideological and political elements of social hotspot interpretation and clinical cases,while 76.9% of students preferred video clips,animations or slide shows.The satisfactory rate was 92.3%. Conclusion The progressive Ideological and Political Theory Education in Nursing Management has good teaching effects,which can help promote students to establish correct management awareness and improve professionalism.
