Abstract:

Objective To understand the current status of hospital organizational climate and knowledge-sharing behavior of nurses, and to analyze the relationship between them. Methods A total of 420 nurses was investigated with Organizational Climate Perception Scale and Knowledge Sharing Behavior Scale. Results The total score of nurses’ perceived organizational climate was(3.01±0.52),and the total score of knowledge sharing behavior scale was (2.54±0.78). The total score of organizational climate perception and the scores of its six dimensions were all positively correlated with the total score of knowledge sharing behavior. Multilinear regression showed that organizational climate as an independent predictor accounted for 39.4% total variance of knowledge sharing behaviors. Conclusion Hospital managers could take appropriate measures from the organizational level to improve the sense of organizational climate of clinical nurses in order to improve the level of knowledge-sharing behavior and then improve the nursing quality.
