独居老年高血压患者负性情绪与自我护理能力、血压控制的相关性研究

Correlations between negative emotion,self-care ability and blood pressure control in older adults living alone with hypertension

摘要：

目的 调查独居老年高血压患者负性情绪与自我护理能力和血压控制水平的关系。方法 采用一般资料调查表、焦虑和抑郁自评量表、自我护理能力测定量表对134例老年独居高血压患者进行问卷调查,并进行血压测量。结果 独居老年高血压患者焦虑、抑郁得分分别为（53.42±6.28）分、（55.03±7.02）分,负性情绪与自我护理能力呈负相关,血压控制良好的患者负性情绪得分低于控制不良的患者（P<0.05）。结论 独居老年高血压患者负性情绪较严重,负性情绪影响患者的自我护理能力及血压控制情况。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the correlations between negative emotion,self-care ability and the level of blood pressure control in older adults living alone with hypertension. Methods A total of 134 elderly hypertensive patients living alone were surveyed using general information questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS）,and self-care agency scale（ECSA）. Their blood pressure was also measured. Results The scores of SAS and SDS were（53.42±6.28）and（55.03±7.02）respectively. There was negative correlation between negative emotion and ESCA（P<0.05）. Patients with good blood pressure control had lower negative emotional score than those with poor control（P<0.05）. Conclusion Older adults living alone with hypertension have more negative emotions. Negative emotion can affect self-care ability and blood pressure control.
