病区医院感染管理知-信-行问卷编制及信效度检验

Psychometric properties of the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice of Healthcare Associated Infection Control in Ward in Healthcare Setting

摘要:

目的 开发适用于评价普通病区医护人员的病区医院感染管理知-信-行问卷,并进行信、效度检验。方法 在《病区医院感染管理规范》及国外相关指南的基础上,以知识-信念-行为理论为框架构建条目池,通过德尔菲法、预调查等形成初版问卷,并对2 300名医护人员进行问卷调查,检验其信、效度。结果 病区医院感染管理知-信-行问卷共3个维度,52个条目。问卷总体Cronbach’s α系数为0.978,2周后重测信度为0.928,提取6个公因子,累计解释总变异的76.23%。 结论 本研究编制的病区医院感染管理知-信-行问卷具有良好的信、效度,可作为普通病区医护人员医院感染管理知识、信念、行为水平的测评工具。

Abstract:

Objective To develop a questionnaire of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice of Ward Hospital Infection Management and to test its validity and reliability. Methods Based on Regulation for Healthcare Associated Infection Control in Ward in Healthcare Setting,a variety of guidelines and the knowledge-attitude-practice model,items pool was formed. The first version of the questionnaire was developed by Delphi and pre-investigation.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 300 medical and nursing staff to test its reliability and validity. Results The formal questionnaire consisted of 3 dimensions and 52 items.The Cronbach’s α coefficient was 0.978,and the test-retest reliability was 0.928 after 2 weeks. 6 common factors were obtained, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 76.23%. Conclusion The questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool to evaluate the knowledge,belief and behavior level of hospital infection management of medical staff in general wards.
