摘要:

目的 探讨基于聚焦解决模式的干预对新入职护士角色转变的影响。方法 选取2018年的新入职护士95名作为试验组,实施基于聚焦解决模式的入职培训;选取2017年的新入职护士65名作为对照组,给予常规入职培训。轮转1年后对其进行角色转变、临床护理核心能力考核。结果 轮转1年后试验组新入职护士转型冲击量表评分低于对照组(P<0.01),临床护理能力得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 实施基于聚焦解决模式的干预能够降低新入职护士转型冲击,帮助新入职护士角色转变,有效促进新入职护士临床护理核心能力的提升。

Abstract:

Objective This study aimed to explore the effects of solution-focused training on role shift of new nurses. Methods A total of 95 new nurses recruited in 2018 were enrolled as the interventional group and solution-focused training was provided. Sixty-five new nurses in our hospital recruited in 2017 were enrolled as the control group and received routine training. One year after the clinical rotation,the role shift and core competence were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of transition shock in the interventional group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). The score of clinical nursing abilities of the new nurses in the interventional group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Solution- focused training for new nurses can effectively help with the role shift and improve the clinical nursing core competence.
