短视频在鼻咽癌放疗患者吞咽困难健康教育中的应用

摘要:

目的 探讨基于互联网平台的短视频健康教育对鼻咽癌放疗患者吞咽功能的干预效果。 方法 选择某三级甲等医院2017年11月—2018年4月的30例鼻咽癌患者为对照组,2018年5月—2018年11月的32例鼻咽癌患者为试验组。对照组采用常规健康教育方法,试验组在其基础上采用基于互联网平台的短视频进行健康教育。分别在放疗前、放疗结束后3个月测量两组患者的门齿距离,并采用中文版安德森吞咽困难量表评价其吞咽困难程度。结果放疗后3个月,试验组吞咽困难得分为(67.19±3.23)分、门齿距离为(4.63±1.15) cm,明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 基于短视频的健康教育能够提高鼻咽癌放疗患者健康教育效果,改善吞咽困难。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the effect of a short video based on Internet platform on swallowing function of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma by radiotherapy. Methods The control group was consisted of 30 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer from November 2017 to April 2018 and 32 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer from May 2018 to November 2018 were selected as intervention group. In the control group,routine nursing intervention was used. The interventional group adopted short video the interventional measures based on routine nursing intervention. Before radiotherapy and 3 months after the end of radiotherapy,the differences of M.D.Anderson Dysphasia Inventory(MDADI) scale score and the distance of the incisors between two groups were evaluated. Results The scores of MDADI scale(67.19±3.23)and incisor distance(4.63±1.15) was significantly higher in the intervention group after radiotherapy than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The short video based on Internet platform can improve the rehabilitation and exercise enthusiasm of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma their improve dysphagia.
