Objective To analyze the research hotspots and development trend of maternal psychological birth trauma at home and abroad, and to provide references for subsequent research. Methods We searched the relevant literature on maternal psychological birth trauma in the CNKI,Wanfang Database,SinoMed,PubMed,and Web of Science Core database, with the search time limit from the establishment of the database to September 20,2023,and used CiteSpace 6.2.4 software to conduct the visualization analysis. Results A total of 412 articles of foreign and 82 articles of domestic were included in the search. The number of articles published on maternal psychological birth trauma at home and abroad showed an overall increasing trend, with the United States(n=98) in the first place and China(n=82) in the second place;the clustering results showed that the common research hotspots of scholars at home and abroad were influencing factors and intervention research, and the development trend of foreign research was "influencing factors-disease manifestation-disease intervention",which focused on exploring the manifestation of trauma. The domestic research showed the development trend of "diversification and refinement",which was more concerned with the development of specific assessment tools. Conclusion The research on maternal birth trauma has gradually increased, but the interventional research is still insufficient, and there is a big gap between domestic and foreign research progress. In the future, domestic scholars should strengthen localized research, expand the application of specific assessment tools, and carry out high-quality interventional research in order to promote the development of this field.

Objective To systematically review the qualitative research on coping strategies and real experience of cancer patients with economic toxicity,so as to provide a basis for better clinical nursing practice. Methods The Cochrane Library,PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,Embase,Scopus,CNKI,Wanfang Database,China Biology Medicine Disc,VIP database were searched. Qualitative studies on the coping strategies and real experience of cancer patients with economic toxicity were retrieved. The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to March 20,2023. The quality of the included literature was evaluated using the 2016 JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center Qualitative Research Quality evaluation criteria, and the research results were integrated using the Meta synthesis method. Results A total of ten studies were included, all quality grade of which were graded B. Forty-two pieces of results were extracted, and the similar results were summarized and combined into eight new categories, which were integrated into three new results, including cancer patients have complex emotional experience and coping styles, cancer patients have difficulty coping with the economic toxicity, and cancer patients lack social support and are eager to get outside support and help. Conclusion Medical staffs should pay more attention to the feelings and experiences of cancer patients experiencing economic toxicity. Based on the needs of patients,it is necessary to combine the national conditions of China and the health care environment in different regions to explore systematic strategies for the prevention and treatment of economic toxicity,so as to improve the treatment effect and quality of life of cancer patients.
