Abstract:

Based on the needs of social development and the practice of the university education philosophy of “red and professional，comprehensive development”，this project takes nursing professional degree postgraduates as the cultivation target，and creates “four kinds of” strengthening mechanisms，strengthening ideological and political guidance，curriculum education，professional dedication，moral subjecting，and strengthening curriculum ideological and political construction. A “five-level” progressive ladder was created：the theoretical learning stage，the integration stage of theory and practice，the clinical practice stage，the ability formation stage，and the ability improvement stage，so as to enhance the in-depth development of ability. The innovation “six forces” dual-track resonance，enhance the internal drive of talents，competitiveness，scientific research ability，entrepreneurial ability，leadership and influence，and strengthen the synergy of colleges and universities. The teaching results of “red specialty development and dual-track resonance” have been developed，which has won the national teaching achievement award.
