Exploration and practice of “Nursing + X” talent training pathway of nursing major

Abstract:

The interdisciplinary integration is an effective pathway for cultivating innovative,composite and application-oriented nursing talents. The School of Nursing of Tianjin Medical University has explored and practiced the “Nursing +X” talent training approach through various measures,focusing on curriculum design and teaching optimization (including the establishment of interdisciplinary courses,modular design of professional elective courses,and enhancement of interdisciplinary practical teaching) as well as strengthening the interdisciplinary faculty development (including fostering cross-disciplinary teachers and establishing interdisciplinary communication platforms). These efforts have achieved notable results in improving the quality of nursing talent training,thereby providing valuable references for nursing education in the context of interdisciplinary integration.
