Abstract:

Objective To explore the application effect of results-oriented effective teaching model in the clinical nursing teaching of undergraduate in cardiovascular internal medicine. Methods Thirty-six undergraduate nursing students who practiced in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine from July 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the control group，and 37 undergraduate nursing students who practiced in the Department of Cardiovascular medicine from July 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the experimental group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method，and the experimental group adopted the results-oriented effective teaching mode（O-AMAS）. The two groups of students were compared in the theoretical scores，comprehensive skills test score and students’ evaluation of clinical teaching effect. Results The theoretical score of experimental group was（87.03±5.89），which was higher than that of control group（80.03±5.55），and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The comprehensive skill test score of the experimental group was（89.03±3.80），which was higher than that of the control group （84.71±2.65），and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The evaluations of clinical teaching ef-fect of experimental group were higher than that of control group，and the difference were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Results-oriented effective teaching mode is helpful to improve students’ theoretical and practical ability and improve students’ teaching satisfaction.
