Objective To understand the current situation of continuing education and training of wound specialty nurses in China and to provide references for improving the continuing education and training for wound specialty nurses. Methods Through convenient sampling,a self-designed questionnaire survey on the current situation of continuing education of wound care nurses was conducted among 249 wound specialty nurses in hospitals across the country from June to July 2022. Results Among the participants,87.1%(217/249) of wound specialty nurses have participated in continuing education on wound specialist knowledge within three years. The form of continuing education was mainly through attending off-line activity academic conferences or lectures(82.5%). The content of continuing education mainly included new knowledge of wound care theory, new technology of wound care and wound case management methods. The three main reasons for not participating or rarely participating in continuing education for wound specialists were high cost, limited time for the individual, and less support from the department. A total of 82.3% of participants expressed their desire to conduct continuing education in wound specialists in the form of off-line activity like academic conferences or lectures, followed by distance education(67.5%). Conclusion The training system of wound specialists in China is not standardized and unified, and the training contents are different, which restricts the development of wound specialty nurses in our country. Nursing managers need to constantly improve the continuing education system to improve the ability of wound specialists care.

The retrieval time limit was set from the establishment of the database to November 2022. Two trained researchers independently screened the literature, extracted unqualified data, and evaluated the quality of the included studies using the RCT bias risk assessment tool recommended by Cochrane evidence-based center. Stata 15.0 software was employed for network meta-analysis. Results A total of 21 studies were included, covering 1 209 KOA patients. The results of network meta-analysis showed that the effect of aquatic running and walking was better than that of conventional treatment(P<0.05) in relieving pain of KOA patients, and aquatic running was the best(SUCRA=87.1%). The comparison of intervention effects on aerobic exercise in stiffness and joint function displayed no statistical difference(P>0.05). Meanwhile, the first place of SUCRA in stiffness and joint function was bicycle (77.3%) and walking(79.3%). Conclusion The current evidence showed that aquatic running demonstrated to be the best way to relieve pain of KOA patients, bicycle might be the best way to relieve stiffness, and walking might be the best way to improve function. Limited by the number and quality of included studies, the current conclusions are still need to be further verified by more high-quality studies.

Objective To identify the definition of social frailty through the systematic analysis of the defining attributes, antecedents, consequences and empirical references of the social frailty. Method The databases of PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、CINAHL、PsycINFo、ProQuest、CNKI、Wangfang Data、VIP、CBM were searched from their inception to May 2022. Walker and Avant’s classical conceptual analysis was used for analysis. Results A total of 68 articles were included. The attributes of social frailty included long-term social isolation, diminishing social role and increasing social resource scarcity. Antecedents were demographic factors, health factors and psychosocial factors. Consequences included cognitive and psychological function decline, quality of life decline, disability and increased risk of death in the elderly. Empirical measurement tools include various social frailty specific measurement tools and social function related scales, but there are still few Chinese versions of social frailty assessment tools for the elderly. Conclusion The elderly are at high risk of being social frailty. Clarifying the concept of social frailty in the elderly can help nurses identify the characteristics of social frailty and prevent adverse outcomes through targeted intervention measures.

Objective To review the scope of teaching methods, objects, evaluation method and content, implementation effects of interprofessional education(IPE) for nursing postgraduates, and explore the application status of interprofessional education activities,so as to provide guidance for future research. Methods Based on the scope review method,we searched Wanfang,CNKI,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,EBSCO(Medline,CINAHL),Ovid literature databases. The search period was from the database establishment to April 2022. Then,we identified relevant studies, screened the literature according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. In addition, data were extracted from included literature, and research results were collected, summarized and reported. Results A total of 16 relevant papers were included. The teaching methods of IPE include interprofessional courses, interprofessional training program. IPE objects have a wide range of majors and student levels, including undergraduates, postgraduate students, and doctoral students majoring in medicine, health science and sociology. The evaluation methods of IPE mainly include questionnaire, knowledge test, focus group interview and course evaluation. IPE teaching practice has positive effects on improving the interprofessional attitude, knowledge, and skills of nursing master students, enhancing their confidence in interprofessional collaborative, and improving role cognition level. However,IPE teaching activities also have some problems, such as the conflict of curriculum arrangement, the lack of teacher resources and the increasing burden of students and teachers. Conclusion The application of IPE practice in nursing postgraduates abroad has achieved good results. Nursing educators in China can learn from their experience, construct IPE courses and team training programs, and effectively promote the development of IPE in nursing postgraduate education.
