Abstract:

Objective To construct an evaluation index system for evaluation of training effects of newly recruited nurses in the operating room. Methods With the Kirkpatrick model as the theoretical framework, indicators of training effect evaluation were drawn up based on literature review,semi-structured interviews and other methods. Twenty experts were invited for two rounds of consultations. Results The expert positive coefficients were all 100%,and the expert authority coefficients were all 0.85. The Kendall harmony coefficients of the first, second, and third-level indicators of the second round of expert consultations were 0.229,0.231,and 0.200 respectively(P<0.05). The final evaluation indicators for the training effects evaluation included 4 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators, and 57 third-level indicators. The importance scores of all indicators were distributed from 4.25 to 5.00 points. The weight from high to low was 0.439 for behavior layer,0.311 for the learning layer,0.146 for the result layer, and 0.104 for the reaction layer. Conclusion The method of constructing the training effect evaluation system for newly recruited nurses in the operating room is rigorous and scientific, which can provide a basis for evaluation of the training effects in newly recruited nurses in the operating room.
