重症专科护士在多学科合作模式中角色定位的质性研究

Abstract

Abstract:

Objective To explore the role and functional orientation of ICU specialty nurses in multidisciplinary cooperation model. Methods Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with a total of 21 multidisciplinary collaborators and patients’ family members based on phenomenological research methodology. Data was analyzed using the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method with NVivo software. Results Five themes were identified namely，communication collaborators，clinical nurse specialists，case continuation managers，education trainers，researchers and authors. Conclusion The formation of multidimensional roles of ICU specialty nurses in the multidisciplinary cooperation model follows the development trend of nursing specialty. Managers should pay attention to the development needs of their roles and strengthen training and support in order to improve team quality，deepen the multidisciplinary cooperation model to better meet the complex health needs of ICU patients.
