Abstract:

Objective To explore the teaching status of the object, process model and evaluation index of the high-fidelity simulation teaching(HFS) of the Interprofessional Collaboration(IPC) in obstetrics and gynecology clinical practice. Methods Scope review method was employed as the framework, relevant literature of eight databases were searched systematically after identifying the research question. Time limit was set from database’s establishment to December 2023. Results A total of 15 literatures were included. The participants included school students and medical staff. The teaching process was mainly pre-class preparation, high simulation training, and guided feedback, including flipped classroom, online teaching and others. Evaluation indicators included students’ satisfaction, theoretical and practical testing, team cooperation attitude, etc. Conclusion In the future, the ability of simulation teachers should be further improved, the teaching process should be standardized, the teaching model should be innovated, and the evaluation indicators should be improved,so as to continuously enhance the standardization and effect of high simulation teaching of cross-professional cooperation in obstetrics and gynecology.
