Abstract

Abstract:

This paper summarized the content of Team Strategies & Tools to Enhancing Performance & Patient Safety from the sources，teaching goals，teaching content，teaching methods，evaluation tools，etc.. Meanwhile，it introduced the application status in nursing clinical training and teaching institutions. We aimed to provide reference for the application of this course in nursing clinical training and teaching and to improve the teamwork ability of nurses and nursing students.
