护理管理者专项培训京外临床教学基地的建设

Abstract

Abstract:

Objective To construct a clinical teaching base extra-Beijing for special training in nursing management based on the structure-process-outcome quality evaluation model，in order to provide reference for the construction and development of nursing inservice training bases. Methods The structure-process-outcome three-dimensional quality evaluation model was used as the theoretical framework. Then the base was designed from three aspects：construction and preparation of nursing management base，training model innovation and teaching process supervision，and multidimensional assessment and evaluation. Results A total of 9 nurses have been trained，the average satisfaction of them was above 99%. The evaluation satisfaction score of the Chinese Nursing Association trainees was above 90%. Conclusion The construction of clinical teaching base extra-Beijing for special training in nursing management is scientific and reasonable，and it can provide reference for high-quality nursing management talents.
