Abstract:

Objective To investigate the level of self-transcendence in patients with cerebral hemorrhage during recovery stage and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 146 patients with cerebral hemorrhage during the recovery stage were investigated using Self-Transcendence Scale,Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. Results The self-transcendence score of patients with cerebral hemorrhage during recovery stage was(36.97±5.07). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level, daily self-care degree, uncertainty in illness, and active coping were the influencing factors of self-transcendence in patients with cerebral hemorrhage recovery, which could explain 50.5% of the total variation. Conclusion The level of self-transcendence of patients with cerebral hemorrhage during recovery stage is relatively poor. Medical staff should implement individualized intervention based on the factors affecting the level of self-transcendence of patients,so as to improve the level of self-transcendence of patients.
