Abstract: Standardized training of new nurses is the basic step to build a high-quality nurses team. Through quality evaluation of training，we can fully understand whether the training achieves the teaching objectives，whether the training content is practical，and whether the training methods and arrangements are reasonable. Through quality evaluation，it can provide evidence for the development and revi-sion of training plans. The application of Kirkpatrick Model is conducive to ensure the integrity of training quality evaluation. Based on the characteristics of clinical work，selecting suitable quality evaluation tools for new nurses training is still to be discussed in the future.
