Abstract: Objective  To investigate the risk behaviors of nursing errors among nursing undergraduates in clinical practice，and provide reference for clinical teaching reform. Methods  Totally 188 nursing undergraduates in clinical practice were investigated with a self-rating risk behaviors scale of nursing errors. Results  25.7% of the nursing students reported nursing errors during clinical practice. The risk behaviors of nursing errors were being impatient for success，lack of concentration and insufficient skills. There were significant differences in the dimension of lack of rigor and negative knowledge-seeking among students in different hospitals（P<0.05）. Conclusion  The incidence of nursing errors among nursing students during clinical practice is high. Nursing educators should strengthen nursing safety education for nursing students so as to avoid medical disputes.
