Abstract:

The clinical teaching base for palliative care specialty nurses serves as a core platform for cultivating high-quality specialized nursing professionals in palliative care. To address existing challenges such as inadequate quality supervision mechanisms, unclear faculty admission criteria, and lack of consideration for personalized training needs in setting training content, the clinical teaching base for palliative care specialty nurses of the Chinese Nursing Association introduced a Structure-Process-Outcome three-dimensional quality management model to systematically optimize quality management. At the structural level, improvements included organizational management refinement, standardized faculty team development, and optimized training design. At the process level,a comprehensive monitoring system was implemented through “needs assessment-whole-process supervision-bidirectional feedback” mechanisms. At the outcome level, the evaluation index centered on trainee satisfaction was established. Practical application demonstrates significant enhancements in trainee satisfaction and training effects. The presented experience offers valuable reference for promoting standardized development of clinical teaching bases for palliative care specialty nurses.
