Constrution strategy of a mentor team of nursing postgraduates in Western China

Abstract:

This paper introduces the challenges,strategies and effects of the construction of a mentor team of nursing graduate students in Nursing College of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,so as to provide reference for the construction and development of nursing graduate mentor team in Western China. Among them,the main strategies include establishing a team of full-time and part-time nursing mentor with guaranteed quantity,determining the research direction of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,improving the academic level of the mentor team,cultivating the scientific research ability of the mentor team,improving the core competence and academic influence of the mentor team.
