全生命历程的数字健康课程设计及在来华留学生中的教学研究

Design and implementation of Digital Health across the Lifespan Course for foreign medical students in China

摘要:

目的 探讨针对医学来华留学生的全生命历程的数字健康课程的设计及实施效果。 方法 参考泰勒目标模式和社会建构主义理论,通过文献分析法、学情分析及专家咨询,构建医学来华留学生全生命历程的数字健康课程。对25名医学来华留学生开展教学,采用自设问卷测量学生对课程知识的理解程度和应用数字健康的技术支撑工具的信心,并进行课程满意度评价和学习感悟分析。 结果 课程及格率(≥60分)为96%,教学后学生的知识理解和自信心程度均高于教学前(P<0.05),学生对课程的满意度较高。主题分析发现学生学习体验较好,达到了课程建设目标,体现了课程育人成效。 结论 医学来华留学生全生命历程的数字健康课程的设计较为科学合理,拓宽了医学来华留学生健康管理领域的知识与视野。

Abstract:

Objective To develop Digital Health across the Lifespan Course for foreign medical students in China and explore its implementation effects. Methods Based on Tyler’s curriculum model and social constructivism,Digital Health across the Lifespan Course was developed by literature analysis,student investigation,and expert consultation. A total of 25 students attended the course. A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate students’ understanding of the course knowledge and confidence in applying digital health. Evaluation of students’ satisfaction with the course and analysis of students’ learning experience were conducted. Results The pass rate(≥60 points) of the course was 96%. After course implementation,students’ knowledge understanding and confidence levels were higher than baseline(P<0.05). Students’ satisfaction with the course was relatively high. Thematic analysis revealed that students had a good learning experience and achieved the learning goals,reflecting the educational effects of the course. Conclusion The design of Digital Health across the Lifespan Course for foreign medical students in China is relatively scientific and reasonable,which can broaden students’ knowledge and horizons in promoting the application of digital health in health management across the lifespan.
