Construction of admission and competency evaluation index system for mentors of master of nursing specialist

摘要:

目的 构建护理硕士专业学位研究生导师准入及岗位胜任力评价指标体系。方法 在文献综述的基础上,通过专家小组讨论初步拟定指标体系。运用德尔菲法,选取26名护理教育、护理管理、临床护理领域的专家进行2轮函询,采用层次分析法确定指标权重。 结果 2轮函询问卷回收率分别为85.7%、86.7%,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.254、0.238(均P<0.001),专家权威系数均为0.93。最终构建了5项护理硕士专业学位研究生导师准入指标,以及包括4项一级指标、9项二级指标、41项三级指标的护理硕士专业学位研究生导师岗位胜任力评价指标体系。结论 本研究构建的护理硕士专业学位研究生导师准入及岗位胜任力评价指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,可为护理院校选拔、培养、考核、评价硕士专业学位研究生导师提供客观参考。

Abstract:

Objective To construct the admission and competency evaluation index system for mentors of master of nursing specialist(MNS). Methods By literature and theories reviewing and expert opinions,a preliminary competency index system for mentors of MNS was constructed. Delphi Technique was used to filter indicators,and 26 experts in the field of nursing education,nursing management,and clinical nursing were included. A total of 2 rounds of expert letter consultations were conducted. Analytic hierarchy process was applied to determine the weight of indicators. Results The efficiency of two rounds of inquiry papers was 85.7% and 86.7%,respectively. The Kendall’s W coordination coefficients of two rounds of expert consultation were 0.254 and 0.238(P<0.001),respectively. The authority coefficient was 0.93. Finally,5 admission indicators for mentors of MNS were constructed. The final competency evaluation index system for mentors of MNS included 4 first-level indicators,9 second-level indicators,and 41 third-level indicators. Conclusion The competency evaluation index system for mentors of MNS is highly scientific and reliable. It can provide an objective reference for nursing colleges to select,train,assess and evaluate mentors for MNS in the future.
